How-To Valentine’s Day Design in a Vase

Flower Duet shows you how to make a pink, red, and pur­ple flo­ral design just in time for Valen­tine’s Day! This is a NO Flo­ral Foam design. We only use one rub­ber band to start our design and then add all our stems around it.
