Real Wedding Flowers: Rolling Hills Country Club Palos Verdes Peninsula

We were delight­ed to receive a superb col­lec­tion of pho­tos of real wed­ding flow­ers we made last month for a love­ly young cou­ple. Our busi­ness mod­el is divid­ed up into eight slices of pie and one of those slices con­sists of wed­ding flow­ers. We offer com­plete ser­vice where we work with the client from con­cept to instal­la­tion (and strike/breakdown).

Country Club Setting for Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Every wed­ding is unique and every wed­ding has its own mood. This wed­ding was a fun com­bi­na­tion of ter­ra­cot­ta pots, lots of green­ery and plants, and white flow­ers. The bride had a touch of light blue del­phini­um in her bou­quet. Every brides­maid held a dif­fer­ent set of flow­ers for her bou­quet. One had just calla lilies. One had just ros­es. One had sweet peas and so on. With a beau­ti­ful bride in a gor­geous strap­less dress and time­less bob hair­cut, and her brides­maids in ter­ra­cot­ta-col­ored dress­es, the sun­ny Sat­ur­day after­noon cel­e­bra­tion at Rolling Hills Coun­try Club was a beau­ti­ful set­ting indeed.

Terracotta Theme

For the ter­ra­cot­ta pots, we went to our local and fab­u­lous Pot­ter Man­u­fac­tur­ing out­let in Gar­de­na, Calif. and it’s a place where we pro­cured pots and pot­tery since we start­ed our busi­ness. We bought pots there of one of the first wed­dings we did in Palos Verdes back in 2000!

Process for Flower Design

As we do for most of our events, our flow­ers come from four main ven­dors in Los Ange­les who are reli­able and love­ly. Ready when we need a few more box­es of rus­cus or hydrangea at a momen­t’s notice.
